She listens to the last remaining micro and decides to grant his final wish – a kiss. Placing her lips tantalizingly close, there's a moment of hope for the tiny man, but it's quickly dashed as Anna drops him down the incredibly tall boot (followed by the camera) and puts it on.

From inside the shoe, we hear her walking around her apartment, wearing nothing but boots, purely to entertain herself with the last of the tiny intruders. Maybe he'll survive?
