As I prepared for my day at the beach during my vacation in Cartagena, the last thing on my mind was finding someone to keep me company. Little did I know, fate had something extraordinary in store for me.

Confused and amazed, I scooped him up in my hands to get a better look at him. He was tiny, no bigger than a Barbie doll! His eyes were wide with fear and disbelief as he looked up at me, pleading to be let go.
