For the rest of the day, you remain pinned beneath Karma's heel, subject to her whims. She uses you as a footstool, smoothing out imaginary wrinkles in her pantyhose with her bare foot. She even lets her other massive shoe come crashing down on you a few times, the force sending you flying across the room.
