Milaap smirked as she clutched her fists tightly. She was having the time of her life, using her newfound ability to shrink people to seek revenge on her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend. Her heart raced with anticipation as she watched them shuffle towards their car, completely oblivious to the chaos they were about to unknowingly unleash.

Milaap took a deep breath and whispered under her breath, "Shrink them..." Her voice echoed through the empty streets, causing the buildings and surrounding environment to slowly vanish from sight. In shock, her ex and his new girlfriend looked around, unable to believe what was happening. As they shrank down to just a few inches tall, Milaap giggled with delight.

She then picked them up gently between her thumb and index finger, feeling their tiny bodies squirm in her grasp. Holding them up close so they could see her face, she grinned mischievously. "You thought you could just move on? Well, I've got a little surprise for you... and your new girlfriend. I'm shrinking you both!" She cackled, admiring the look of horror on their faces.

Before they could say anything, Milaap suddenly realized that she had inadvertently shrunk the entire city as well. Oh well, this was their fault. She shrugged nonchalantly and continued to hold them up for everyone to see. "You only have yourself to blame for this," she taunted, her tone dripping with sarcasm. "I hope you're happy!"

Milaap savored the moment, enjoying the looks of panic and confusion on their faces. She walked over to the now-tiny city, pressing her bare foot against a towering building. A satisfied smile spread across her lips as she felt the shrinking power course through her veins. This was exactly what she had been looking for - a way to get back at those who had hurt her.

With a wicked grin, Milaap bent down and scooped up her ex and his girlfriend, holding them tightly against her skin. "You're coming with me," she growled, her voice now deep and ominous. She couldn't help but feel a twisted sense of pleasure as she thought about everything she could do to them now that they were at her mercy.

The trio disappeared from the deserted street, leaving behind only the echoes of Milaap's twisted laughter. The city remained shrunk, a testament to the power of revenge.
