Lydia, a famous streamer, opens a package containing sugar cookies and a note that reads "the more love you receive, the bigger and better you will be." As she eats the cookie and acknowledges her viewers' compliments, she starts to feel a strange sensation. Her clothes become tight and break her chair as she grows larger until she's almost nude and busts through the roof of her apartment.

In scene two, we see Lydia on the city street, mortified by her situation but unable to deny the power she feels from receiving compliments. She finds people worshipping her feet and becomes angry at their perceived obsession. However, when someone calls her beautiful, she snaps out of it and begins to grow again.

In the next scene, Lydia realizes that getting compliments makes her bigger. She grabs a helicopter and interviews people, demanding that they praise her or face her wrath. Satisfied by their adoration, she continues to grow until she's a gigantic being, hovering above the earth.

Desperate for even more worship, Lydia crawls across the planet, increasing in size with every compliment she receives. She grows so massive that she can be seen from space and eventually outgrows our universe. In disbelief and excitement, Lydia declares herself a goddess and claps, causing a new "big bang" that creates an entire new universe.
