Kat, a stunning woman with a vivacious personality, was getting ready for a night out on the town. Her eyes sparkled with anticipation as she contemplated which pair of shoes to wear. She had laid out five pairs before her – three classic red-bottomed Louboutins, one pair of black work heels, and a set of Sophia Webster metal heel ankle boots.
As she bent down to pick up each pair in turn, her delicate breath tickling your neck, you couldn't help but notice the rough texture of the rug against your skin. You took a chance and placed all your little men beneath it. Your heart raced as you watched Kat carefully consider each shoe.
Kat's fingers ran over the straps and buckles, feeling the quality of the leather. She turned her back towards you, giving you a delicious view of her shapely behind encased in lace and mesh lingerie. Suddenly, she moved towards the rug where she had been standing before trying on shoes.

She brought it down hard on the rug, emitting a sickening squish sound as the rubber sole met your little men. Their cries of pain were muffled, barely audible beneath the thick sole.
Kat looked down at the crushed bodies beneath her shoe, her lips curling into a sadistic smile. With a cruel twist in her eye, she moved towards you, her heel glistening in the dim light. You knew you had pushed your luck too far this time.
As she approached, you felt a bead of fear forming in your throat. Your entire body shook with anticipation as she brought the huge, gleaming white stiletto down onto your chest, squishing the breath out of you.
