The giantess approached the doctor's office with her new "friend," James, following closely behind. After their recent encounter with the dishonest doctor who crossed paths before, they were hopeful that this visit would bear more fruitful results. The doctor's assistant checked them in, letting them know it would be a while before the doctor was available.

As they sat down in the waiting room, James felt nervous about his rapid heartbeat due to his recent exposure to the giantess' presence. He couldn't help but steal glances at her towering form every few seconds, admiring the way her curves filled out her clothes so perfectly. Rachel noticed his discomfort and smiled reassuringly at him before turning back towards her own thoughts.

Several minutes later, the doctor called them back into her office. She greeted Rachel warmly but seemed a bit confused about who James was. Rachel quickly explained that James was a friend who had accompanied her as moral support. The doctor seemed satisfied with this explanation and asked them to take seats. After going over some routine questions, the doctor excused herself to make a phone call leaving Rachel and James alone in the office.

While the doctor was gone, James couldn't help but feel nervousness growing inside of him. He had heard stories of how some doctors could be quite ruthless when it came to discovering secrets about their patients. Out of nowhere, a thought crossed his mind: What if the doctor found out about his secret foot fetish? He shuddered at the thought.

Meanwhile, Rachel grew restless waiting for the doctor to return. She was eager to discuss their findings and next steps in finding a solution for her condition. As she sat impatiently, she glanced at James who was sitting across from her. She couldn't help but notice that he seemed particularly twitchy today. "Are you alright, James?" she asked him gently. Before he could respond, the doctor returned opening their discussion about Rachel's condition.

As they talked about possible treatment options, Rachel noticed that the doctor seemed unusually focused on gathering information about James' well-being. This made her a bit uneasy, but she brushed it off as a coincidence. Little did she know that the doctor had received an anonymous message detailing James' secret foot fetish.

After the consultation, they bid farewell to the doctor, feeling a bit more hopeful about finding a solution for Rachel's condition. As they walked back to their car, James couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off. As soon as they got into the car, Rachel broke down crying, revealing that she knew about his secret foot fetish and how it had ruined their lives forever. Back at their home, they both sat together on the couch, still reeling from the revelations of the day. After some time had passed, Rachel found herself growing curious about James' size. She had noticed that he seemed even smaller than usual today. Before he could protest, she placed him on the ground and took a step back to admire him. A twinkle of excitement sparked in her eyes as an idea formed in her mind. She knelt down slowly, allowing him to get a better look at her. "James," she whispered seductively, "would you like to have your first time with me?"

Though hesitant at first, James couldn't resist the allure of his love for her taking control. They shared their first intimate moment together, their bodies entwined as one. It was magical, like nothing they had ever experienced before. After they finished, Rachel left to go get some food for them both. Little did she know, while she was gone, Amy would enter their home with intentions of exploiting James' secret once more.

Amy found James sitting on the floor, still recovering from their intense encounter. She knew of James' fetish and decided to take advantage of it.
